This is a 11x14 OVAL Mat that fits in 11x14 picture frames. The Oval opening is cut so that it can be used for 8x10 Photos, Art, Calligraphy, Needlework, etc. (the opening is cut slightly smaller than 8x10 so that the artwork will not fall through the opening).

The opening on the mat is CUT ON THE BEVEL!
